 Create Peace
To Create Peace, we must learn to find & be
the Peace within the eye of the storm.
Each day,
we choose to focus on things that affirm
that the Earth is in Balance,
Each day we do something to create a world at peace.
          (Bring hands to heart, close eyes and pause, breath in, breath out.)
I feel the peace in my heart (Breath 3x). 
 I see the Divine in every person.
(Visualise someone with whom you are at “odds.”)
(Open eyes and look around:)
 I see the Divine in every person. (Look around as you continue to recite:)
All people are coming together in harmony,
for the greater good of all.
We acknowledge and cherish our diversity,
and we are able to put our differences asid
to work together for the common good.
So be it, so we may simply be.

Live in Abiding Joy

Those who possess this wisdom have equal regard for all. They see the same Self in a spiritual aspirant and an outcaste, in an elephant, a cow, and a dog.
Such people have mastered life. With even mind they rest in Brahman, who is perfect and is everywhere the same. They are not elated by good fortune nor depressed by bad. With mind established in Brahman, they are free from delusion. Not dependent on any external support, they realize the joy of spiritual awareness. With consciousness unified through meditation, they live in abiding joy.
