we choose to focus on things that affirm

that the Earth is in Balance,

Each day we do something to create a world at peace.

Sadam Hussein. Many children and adults, soldiers from many countries.

About two weeks before hurricane Katrina, 
I had a dream of a HUGE wave (I thought it was a tsunami?), 
Stopping the need to run and panic, instead, 
we all laid down and let the wave wash over us.

It feels so peaceful.

We have simply chosen not to suffer.

Our souls are immortal.

Nothing can really harm us.

Simply enjoy the moment
