Support blocks are especially helpful for the novice yogi. The advanced practitioner may find blocks an excellent safety feature to compensate for individual body proportions. Look for strength and texture when selecting blocks. Our blocks are lightweight and sturdy foamcore. $10.65 each

Straps. Cinch buckles hold tight.  Find a new way to work a pose by using the straps.  For instance, to take some weight off of your wrists in Down Dog, you can hook a strap around a doorknob, and step into it, position it around your waist, and suspend yourself in the pose. $10.65
