  9 Tues classes = $126 if paid by Tues June 24th by 9pm. Otherwise, $144. 
8 Thursday Classes = $112 if paid in full by Thurs June 26th, otherwise, $128. 
if you don't pay for the entire session, you can pay for three or more classes at $18/class, or single classes are $20 (drop in)

 Wellness Retreatsusually on  Sundays either at Sunnyside Park or at the Blaine Sports Center off of Paul Parkway (south of 242, and west of 65 about 1/2mile- cannot see it from the road). In the past these retreats have included:
1:30-2:30 Xcountry skiing/snowshoeing. (in case of no snow we'll hike ) Beginners thru advanced!  
3-4 Yoga
4:15-5:00 Pilates - great abdominal workout with stretch bands, weights and balls
